Every design begins with a purpose.
My work has always been about clarity and connection, first in the classroom, and now in the digital world. As a UX/UI Product Designer, I focus on simplifying complex workflows and creating interfaces that feel intuitive, human, and genuinely helpful.
I’m especially drawn to the moment when something just clicks for a user, when a system becomes easier to navigate, a process becomes clearer, or a design removes friction instead of adding it. That intersection of empathy and problem-solving is what drives my approach to design.
Before transitioning into UX, I spent over a decade designing learning experiences that helped people understand new information quickly and confidently. That background sharpened my ability to break complexity into clarity, anticipate user needs, and design with intention.
Today, I bring that same mindset to every project, whether improving a public-facing service, designing a decision-support dashboard, or prototyping a new feature. My goal is simple: create experiences that guide people, support better decisions, and make technology feel easier to use.
Outside of design, I enjoy gaming and storytelling, both of which influence how I think about systems, user journeys, and meaningful interactions.
Tools & Methods
I use tools like Figma and FigJam throughout my design process, from early thinking to final design. For research and usability testing, I’ve used platforms like Lyssna and Optimal Workshop to gather insights and validate decisions. I see tools as something that evolves with my work, so I’m always exploring new features, improving my workflow, and staying up to date with how others are designing.
